This is a directory of independent laboratories that test research peptides, with the one field most vendor pages leave out: the actual URL where you, not the seller, can check whether a report exists. Every lab below was confirmed to be a real, operating entity with a live website at the time of writing, and each entry records where it is based, what analytical methods it publishes, and whether reports it issues can be verified by a member of the public. The deciding point runs through the whole page: a purity number is only worth as much as the third-party report behind it, and that report is only worth as much as your ability to resolve its identifier on the issuing lab’s own infrastructure. A lab being real does not vouch for any vendor that uses it. You still verify the specific lot report for the specific product you intend to buy.

Methods listed are those each laboratory publishes on its own website. “Public verification” means a person with no relationship to the vendor or the lab can check a report identifier.

How to verify a report from each lab
Janoshik Analytical. Reports carry a test number (shown as a #-prefixed ID) and, on recent PDFs, a QR code. Go to public.janoshik.com directly, use the search field, and enter the test number or the product or company name. The database returns the published record with the compound, the submitting company, and the test type. Note that the public database shows tests the submitter allowed to be published, so absence from it is not automatically proof of a fake, but presence with matching values is meaningful confirmation. The database also carries an explicit neutrality disclaimer stating the lab does not endorse, sponsor, or have any affiliation with any company listed.
Freedom Diagnostics Testing. Reports carry an accession number and a field labelled exactly “Search Code” in the table at the top right of the COA. The lab documents the format: the Search Code is the first four characters of the submitting company’s name followed by the accession number, and codes are not case-sensitive. Enter it on the COA Lookup page, or search by company name to list every COA associated with that company and open the PDFs. Compare compound, batch, purity, and date against the copy the vendor showed you.
TrustPointe Analytics. COAs are served from the lab’s SENAITE LIMS. Open trustpointelims.com and use the “COA Verification” field on the login screen - you do not need an account - entering the verification key printed on the PDF report. A key that returns nothing means the document was not issued from that system.
Chromate. The COA carries a job number and an access code. Use the Verify or Validate control at the top of chromate.org and enter both. This is a per-report check rather than a browsable database: you can confirm a report you were given, but you cannot browse everything the lab has tested, and you cannot review a vendor’s testing history.
Peptide Test. Enter the sample number from the COA at verify.peptidetest.net. Note what this service is: by its own About page, Peptide Test is a testing service that partnered with a laboratory rather than a laboratory that owns its own instruments, and its verification page also routes reports generated by TrustPointe Analytics to the TrustPointe LIMS. Verify at the level of whichever lab actually ran the assay.
MZ Biolabs. There is no open lookup page. Verification means contacting the lab and asking it to confirm the report, or asking the vendor to have the lab confirm directly. MZ Biolabs states it is a US DEA Schedule III licensed facility and lists licence RP0584676 on its site, and it is explicit about scope: its purity testing does not assess activity, sterility or endotoxins, heavy metals, or pH. A purity COA from any lab is not a sterility certificate.
Colmaric Analyticals. No open lookup page. Colmaric is a general contract research organisation serving dietary supplement, food, life-science, and cosmetics clients from St. Petersburg, Florida, and it reports results to the submitting client. Verification means contacting the lab with the report number.
ACS Peptide Testing Labs. The ACS peptide arm operates on a quote-and-submit basis from Sun City Center, Florida, and we found no public per-report lookup on the peptide site. The parent laboratory states ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation by A2LA on its own site. Accreditation is scope-specific, so if the accreditation is the reason you trust the report, ask for the scope document and check that it covers the peptide method used.
How to read and use this data
Four things about the table matter more than any individual row.
“Public verification” is the column that changes buyer behaviour. Three tiers exist. An open database (Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics) lets anyone browse or search published records, which means you can check a vendor’s claims before you have any relationship with them. A keyed check (TrustPointe, Chromate, Peptide Test) confirms a document you already hold but does not let you browse. No portal (MZ Biolabs, Colmaric, ACS) means the report is only as verifiable as the lab’s willingness to answer an email. None of these tiers is fraudulent; they reflect different client bases. But only the first lets you check a vendor before you pay, which is why it dominates in this market.
Methods are the second filter. Purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry answer two different questions: how much of the sample is the target compound, and whether the target compound is the one on the label. A report with purity but no identity confirmation can describe a very pure something else. Labs that state both on every report - Freedom Diagnostics says so explicitly - remove that ambiguity. Sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals, and residual solvents are separate paid assays and are almost never included in a standard purity COA.
Accreditation is not a synonym for competence, and its absence is not proof of incompetence. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation means an outside body assessed defined methods within a defined scope. Several labs widely used in this market are not accredited and still produce internally consistent, checkable data; several accredited labs hold that accreditation for matrices that have nothing to do with peptides. Read the claim precisely, then check the scope.
A lab is not a vendor endorsement. This bears repeating because vendor marketing depends on the confusion. “Janoshik tested” on a product page means someone once sent something to a lab in Prague. It does not mean the vial in your cart came from that lot, that the report is current, or that the report even exists. The identifier lookup is what converts a logo into a fact, and it takes about ninety seconds. Sourcing and accuracy
Every value in the table came from the laboratory’s own website or from a public registry, checked in July 2026.
- Locations and methods were read off each lab’s own pages: Janoshik (janoshik.com and public.janoshik.com), Freedom Diagnostics (its homepage states a Franklin, Tennessee address, an establishment date of 2023, HPLC plus LC-MS on every COA, and a live count of publicly searchable certificates), MZ Biolabs (Tucson address, instrument list, and DEA licence number on its own site), Colmaric (St. Petersburg address on its contact page), Chromate (its site states the lab is based within the USA without giving a street address), TrustPointe (about page and LIMS), Peptide Test (about page), ACS (acslab.com for the accreditation claim, acslabtest.com for the peptide arm and the Sun City Center location).
- Janoshik’s legal identity was confirmed against the Czech public business register (ARES): Janoshik s.r.o., ICO 17668727, Kaprova 42/14, Stare Mesto, 110 00 Prague 1, registered 25 October 2022. That is the strongest form of confirmation in the table, because it is a government record rather than a self-description.
Honest caveats, stated plainly:
- Self-description is not audit. Turnaround times, certificate counts, instrument lists, and quality claims are what each lab publishes about itself. We confirmed the claim exists on the lab’s own domain; we did not audit the lab, inspect instruments, or submit blind samples.
- Accreditation status is asymmetric evidence. Where a lab publishes an accreditation, we recorded it. Where we found none, that means we found none - not that none exists. Absence of a published accreditation is a prompt to ask, not a verdict. Note also the difference between accreditation and self-declared compliance: Freedom Diagnostics, for example, states it is compliant with ISO 9001 quality management principles and GLP quality standard principles, which is a self-declaration rather than third-party accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Portals change. Verification URLs, code formats, and portal designs get updated. If a URL here does not resolve, go to the lab’s root domain and look for the verify or COA-lookup link rather than assuming the lab is gone.
- This list is not exhaustive. Large accredited contract labs such as Eurofins, SGS, and Intertek run peptide-relevant analytical chemistry every day and are entirely real, but they generally work under contract and issue reports to the client with no public lookup, so they do not fit the verification-focused frame of this directory. Some labs named in other online lists could not be confirmed to exist at a working URL and were deliberately left out rather than padded in.
- No lab was paid, contacted, or given review of this page. Inclusion is not endorsement, and exclusion is not an accusation.
Why this matters for vetting a vendor
This directory exists because a vendor’s testing claim decomposes into three separate questions, and most buyers only ask the first.
- Is there a named third-party lab? “Third-party tested” with no lab named is not a claim you can check. It is a phrase.
- Does the report resolve? If the lab is one of the open-database labs, the identifier either returns a matching record or it does not. This is the step that catches edited PDFs, and it costs nothing.
- Does the report correspond to the product you are buying? Purity is a property of a batch, not of a product name. A 2024 report cannot verify a 2026 lot, and a report on GHK-Cu says nothing about the BPC-157 in the same cart.
A vendor that names a lab with a public database, prints the identifier where you can see it before checkout, and re-tests batches has made itself falsifiable. That is the meaningful signal, not the purity number, which any PDF can display. The accessions are the point, not the percentages. Because Freedom Diagnostics runs an open lookup, you can take any of the four codes, go to the lab’s own site without touching Pepora’s, and see whether a matching record returns - the exact test this directory is built around. Note the Search Code convention documented by the lab: the first four characters of the company name plus the accession, which is why these codes begin “Pepo”.
The honest caveat, stated plainly: only those four SKUs have a Freedom Diagnostics report. Pepora’s catalogue is wider - BPC-157, Epitalon, Thymosin Alpha-1, ARA-290, and the KLOW, Glow, and Wolverine blends - and for those products there is no Freedom accession to look up. Do not let a verifiable report on one SKU stand in for verification of another. Verify the exact product you intend to buy, and where no third-party report exists, weigh that the same way you would for any other vendor. Separately, note what a purity COA is not: it is not a sterility or endotoxin result, and it is not a statement about safety in any living system.

Which peptide testing labs let you verify a COA yourself? Of the labs confirmed in this directory, four publish a verification route a buyer can use without going through the vendor: Janoshik Analytical (public test database at public.janoshik.com), Freedom Diagnostics Testing (accession and Search Code lookup on freedomdiagnosticstesting.com), TrustPointe Analytics (verification key field in its SENAITE LIMS at trustpointelims.com), and Chromate (Verify portal on chromate.org, which requires the job number plus an access code printed on the report). Peptide Test also runs a sample-number lookup at verify.peptidetest.net for reports it brokers. MZ Biolabs, Colmaric Analyticals, and ACS publish no open per-report portal we could confirm, so a report from those labs has to be confirmed by contacting the lab directly.
Is Janoshik a real laboratory, and where is it located? Yes. The operating entity is Janoshik s.r.o., registered in the Czech commercial register under ICO 17668727 at Kaprova 42/14, Stare Mesto, 110 00 Prague 1, with a registration date of 25 October 2022. That is a verifiable public record, not a marketing claim. The lab publishes purity and amount by HPLC, with LCMS screening offered as a paid add-on rather than as a standard method, and it hosts a public database of tests at public.janoshik.com. What we could not find is a published ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, so do not assume one exists; treat Janoshik as a widely used non-accredited independent lab with an unusually open results database.
Does a real lab on a COA mean the vendor is trustworthy? No, and this is the most common misreading in the space. A lab being real, competent, and independently verifiable tells you that one specific sample, submitted on one specific date, produced one specific result. It says nothing about whether the vial you are about to buy came from that batch, whether later batches were re-tested, or whether the vendor is honest about anything else. Janoshik’s own public database carries an explicit disclaimer that it does not endorse, sponsor, or have any affiliation with the companies whose tests are listed. Verify the specific lot report, not the lab logo.
Can an individual send a peptide vial to these labs, or is it vendors only? It varies, and the lab’s own site is the authority. Janoshik, Chromate, Freedom Diagnostics, TrustPointe and Peptide Test all present public-facing sample submission or ordering flows that an individual researcher can use. Colmaric publishes a public sample submission form, but its site is framed for companies and brands and onboarding starts with a scheduled call, so it does not state either way whether individuals are accepted. MZ Biolabs has no public ordering flow, so work starts by contacting the lab, though its own About page says it was founded to make quality testing available and affordable to small companies and the general public, and the ACS peptide arm operates on a quote-request basis. Pricing, turnaround, and what is included differ widely, so confirm scope and cost with the lab before shipping anything.
What is the difference between ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and “ISO 9001 principles”? ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is the international standard for the competence of testing laboratories, and accreditation to it is granted by an accreditation body such as A2LA after assessment, with a defined scope listing which methods and matrices are covered. ISO 9001 is a quality-management-system standard, and a phrase such as “compliant with ISO 9001 quality management principles” is a self-declaration, not third-party accreditation. Both can appear on a lab’s website. Only the first involves an outside body checking the work, and even then only within the accredited scope.
Why do accreditation claims need a scope check? Because accreditation is method-specific, not company-wide. A lab can hold genuine ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for, say, cannabinoid potency in hemp matrices and still run peptide purity assays outside that accredited scope. The accreditation certificate is real; it simply may not cover the test on your report. The fix is straightforward: ask the lab for its scope document, or look the lab up in the accreditation body’s public directory, and check whether the method used on your COA appears in it.
